For many years now, Freedom of Speech has been tried and tested. Everyday it is tested in schools, courts, and most recently the media.
Wikipedia defines free speech as: "The freedom to speak freely without censorship or limitation."
In the blog world, RealClearPolitics is used and searched through daily by many looking to express their right to free speech. So how does RCP and free speech start an impending war against each other?
Recently, two posters have been voicing their concern to RCP for either not allowing their posts to be posted or allowing their posts only to remove them without any communication to the poster. Specifically, who are these two?
Roger's letter to RCP alleges that:
There have been allegations made, mostly rumors, but enough of them to be troubling, that RCP is actually being monitored by an Obama agent, and that if anything overly critical about the Obamas is posted to RCP it will be immediately taken down.
In Mr. Gardner's fight to keep free speech alive, he noticed that a post that questions Obama's birth certificate legitimacy had been one of those removed. In response, and defense of independantvoter, he has links posted on his site and re-submitted to RCP.
There could be much made regarding Obama's legitimacy with his birth certificate, and if RCP is being monitored by an Obama agent, one would wonder.
There has been great concern regarding this very issue, and RCP has a right as a media outlet to allow these posts to be allowed. As citizens of this country, we have a right to know who we are electing and whether they are Constitutionally allowed to be elected. With Obama failing to produce proper evidence, it is of great concern to know.
Please take the time and sift through the compelling case against Barack Obama using the links provided earlier. This is vital to the protection of America as a nation and the people there of.
If you are a victim in the war against free speech, please feel free to post comments, concerns, and links. Freedom of Speech is a divine gift and should not be tested.

my posts at Tom in Paine which have been fairly influential and represent a Democrats opposition to Obama and attract a like minded audience have also had the last 3 posts removed even after receiving 10 votes ( or maybe because of it).
By the way its not illegal. Its their site. They can do what they want but something is definintely up and someone has to get to the bottom of it.
The same thing started happening to me about 2 weeks ago, when I started pointing out articles about the Michelle Obama tapes from API. About 5 days ago, my login became non-functional. So, they need to look for someone or some bot that started about 2 weeks ago.

I have personally witnessed 2 incidents with youtube censoring political speech by pulling heavily viewed videos that are damaging to Obama and Democrats.
Youtube and Warner Music censor political speech by pulling a video viewed over 1,200,000 times in 6 days on Mon, 9/29; "Burning down the house: what caused our economic crisis?" On Tues, 9/30, youtube pulled several repostings. By Wed, 10/1, youtube let it be reposted multiple times, some in its original form, and some with classical music, but all without the orig 1,200,000 views counted. Even worst, yesterday (10/23) youtube pulled a video with over 300,000 views ... video documenting Obama campaigning for Odinga in Kenya in 2006 (after Odinga lost Dec 27, 2007 presidential election in Kenya, Odinga called on supporters to "protest" ... 1500 people in Kenya have been killed, reportedly 800 Christian churches have been burned, 150,000 or more people have fled the violence and are displaced) Odinga signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a radical Muslim group before the election, hoping their support would give him the win. Odinga was educated in Communist East Germany. His oldest son is named for Fidel Castro.)

Why was a U.S. Senator campaigning for a Kenyan presidential campaign in 2006? Particularly a candidate who promised to end Kenyan cooperation with the U.S. on the war on terror?

Odinga urged his supporters to "protest" after he lost the election by over 200,000 votes. They continued to protest until he was given the role of Prime Minister by the newly elected President.

Add me to the list of those who've had their article submissions unceremoniously deleted by RCP. It's always with particularly intriguing posts criticizing Obama's candidacy.
The same censorship thing happened to me when I posted articles to RCP discussing Todd Palin's association with the AIP (Alaska Independent Party) which talked about the organization's leader blowing himself up with home-made bombs he intended for use in support of his cause. Funny thing - you see RCP being overseen by nasty lefties; I see it being overseen by nasty righties. Censorship, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder, I guess.

Seems this little phenom isn't just relegated to anti-Obama stuff. They are hitting the Left as well. I am assuming Mark In Irvine subscribes to that philosophy. Censorship is a bitch no matter what side of the aisle you are on. Oh well talk at you lata' Dan.
